Official: EU has to punish Russian oil, gas sooner or later

BRUSSELS, Apr 6 (PRIME) -- The E.U. will have to introduce restrictions against Russian oil and gas sooner or later, Head of the Council of Europe Charles Michel said on a plenary session of the European Parliament on Wednesday.

He also said that the sanctions are being increased to keep maximum pressure on the Kremlin.
